Autumn Equinox Ceremony

Join Adam in celebrating the Autumn Equinox with gratitude and intention. We will begin with an opening circle and cacao to open our hearts and appreciate all that we have to be grateful for. This will lead us into a deep guided meditation and yoga nidra, taking us on a fantastical autumnal journey. We will conclude with soul inquiry and journaling before closing our sacred space.
